Background: I compiled from source on Mac OsX 10.4.8, using
Sourceforge RC1 (4.2.rc1)
I am having problems with all my linetypes being dotted. If I plot
gnuplot> plot 'data1.out' using 1:2:3:4 w vec lw 2, 'data2.out' w l lw 4
using postscript (or fig as terminal) I get solid vectors but a
dashed line for data2. Previous versions of gnuplot didn't do this.
I couldn't find any documentation either.
