gnuplot for PDA

A colleague has sent me the following link for gnuplot for PDA:

Could someone compile a newer version of gnuplot?

Hardly.  It's quite far from being a matter of just compiling the thing. 
  The producer of the above version obviously hacked the source quite a 
lot, and doesn't seem to provide source code on his site.  I'm afraid 
that technically, that's a Copyright violation.
