The PDF library you used for linking is a demo of the commercial
libpdf package. Alternatively you could use the binary and lib package
provided at
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/pdflib-lite.htm
I just tested it very quickly, so don't blame me if it doesn't owrk ;-)
