mp term missing in gnuplot 6.0?

I just built gnuplot 6.0 on Linux, passing --with-metapost to 
configure. In the output from configure I see "metapost : yes", but 
on running the program after "make install" there's no mp terminal 
available:

gnuplot> set term mp

Terminal type is now 'unknown'

Stupid typo in term.h
#ifdef WITH_METAPOST  should be #ifdef HAVE_METAPOST

Thanks, Ethan. I was beginning to think that mp term might not just be
deprecated but actually removed altogether in 6.0. Which would have
meant there was a bug of sorts in the configure script, since it says
to pass --with-metapost if you want mp term.
