Release status

 I have uploaded a pgp signature for the release tarball, plus various
 documentation packages to SF.

 I have also updated ftp://ftp.ucc.ie/pub/gnuplot/, IIRC all mirror
 sites get the stuff from there (I'm certain about CTAN and mirror.ac.uk,
 the Australian sites probably too).

 Is there anything else that needs to be done? HBB? Have the announcements
 gone out yet?

I've put up the gp400dj2.zip, too, by now (including a note about the
./configure bug I had to circumvent for it).

So, I guess we're all set.  The announcement goes out right away.
