With aqua terminal (enhanced mode = default),
'noenhanced' in 'set title' etc. does not work. For example

gnuplot> set term aqua enhanced
gnuplot> set title 'test_1' noenhanced
gnuplot> plot sin(x)

the '_1' is still in subscript.

A simple patch is attached.
