a coma at the end of plot command

Hello

it would be convenient if a comma(,) at the end of a plot command would not
generate as syntax error and would simply be ignored. This would be
especially convenient if the plot command is generated by a script.

	This change has been in the development version (4.7) for a while now
	and will be in 4.6.2 also.
