#1661 SVG / mouse support has wrong scaling for dynamic images (gnuplot_svg.js)

In SVG terminal text boxes containing hypertext/coordinate information are shown.

This works fine for fixed image sizes but not for dynamic ones. Indicator is not shown at mouse position and worse it shows wrong data.

Reason is, that the actual scaling is not taken into account (at least to my feeling).

Patch is attached (hmm... it also contains a tweak for datetime display...)

And to be honest: I have no clue if I have done the scaling correctly. At least it seems to work for all my plots. and browsers (firefox, ie)

I believe this has been addressed by patchset #731, applied recently for both 5.0 and 5.1.
If that is not the case, please re-file or update this bug with a test script and/or output that demonstrates the problem.
