#123 calendar formats

The 'calendar format' for output of time is missing.
Using it leads to an error:

GDL> print, systime(/julian), format='(C(CDI02))'
Format parser: Mismatched Token
% Format parser: Mismatched Token
% Execution halted at: $MAIN$

calendar codes (input, output) have been implemented in cvs today.
