#120 STM32F4x template does not compile with semihosting

Operating system: Windows 7 Professional x64
Toolchain: GNU ARM Embedded 4.8 2014q2

Issue: The STM32F4x project template has errors in _syscalls.c and does not compile. It appears that an include of <stdint.h> is missing; I added this and the compile succeeded.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new STM32F4xx C Project
2. Select Content (blinky), system calls (semihosting), trace output (STDOUT stream)
3. Build, with errors

    the problem was already discovered in [bugs:#118], and the fix will be available in the next release.
