[Gnu-tr-u12a] New: solfege-3.10.1 (32%, 610 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Turkish team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

    http://translationproject.org/PO-files/tr/solfege-3.10.1.tr.po

In this file 395 messages are already translated, corresponding to 32%
of the original text size in bytes; 610 messages still need some work.

Çağrı Çöltekin is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Turkish language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
