[gmodconfig-users] Fix for compilation problem with libxml++ 0.21

Some of you have experienced a compilation problem while
building gmodconfig with libxml++ 0.21. I just checked in
a patch (sent by Trevor Spiteri) into the CVS repository,
which fixes this problem.
