[Glob3 Development] Starting with Globe - issues in build.xml

Hi,

I am just starting to use the globe project with Uwe. I have used worldwind java extensively for the past few years. I am setting up a continuous integration server for globe and the build.xml included in Git seem to be missing the dependent netbeans build files. Could you please check them in.
