Some time ago in the forum there was the idea of
displaying album art of the current song... finally
here is a patch for the metal theme.
And I think it looks damn good.

    Sorry, the first version had a small bug - it did not work
    when the album has no cover art. The new patch should work fine.

    I agree that this looks great!

    I applied the patch to the globecom theme and increased the
    width to 170. It takes up the entire width of the left
    pane, but there is no distortion in the image.
