Well, 4 months later I'm back. I took a few months off then decided that I might as well bring things up to the CVS version. And I've pretty finished it. Just have to go through a bit more testing.
I've also fixed a few bugs here and there and added a few more features. When I do submit a patch, would you like it broken down at all?
Also, my OGG Vorbis support allows rewind, fastforward and everything else that the MP3 support has.

No response in the last 2 and a half months so I've posted a unified patch. My patch is too big (max size of 256k, compressed it's 500k - it includes ADODB...) so I've put a link to it on my website in a comment at the end of the patch.
This is against a snapshot of the CVS from 2003/02/05. But it looks like there haven't been many changes since then so it should be trivial to apply.

Hi guys,
Well, I've just submitted a patch in the patch manager thingy which addes PostgreSQL support.
It also adds my Ogg Vorbis support.

OGG Vorbis is already supported - you have to use the cvs version.
PostgreSQL isn't yet supported, but you have to submit the patch for the cvs version.
