#93 Live preview in code formatter configuration dialog

The currenct configuration dialog of the code formatter has got a preview tab, but that does not provide a live preview because it is not visible while you are changing the configuration. It would be nice to move that preview to a separate space to the side of the dialog so the effects of configuration changes would be directly visible when done.

Hi Thomas,
I created a patch file for this ticket. The code editors are now right to the page control and always visible. And I also fixed a bug regarding saving the settings to the registry. The option "FeedAfterUses" was totally missing.

Thanks a lot for the patch.

I have already committed the bugfix but the life preview doesn't work quite for me. Many changes to the settings aren't reflected immediately. I'll have a closer look later.
