#145 Export and Import for configuration

A simple export and import function for all or some of the experts would be nice. It should work independently of the Delphi version. Of course only those settings that work for a given Delphi version should be imported.

The format should be easily portable but also editable, e.g. text configuration files in a ZIP archive (ZIP support is already available in GExperts.)
