#395 With DELPHI IDE with nothing opened, CTRL+F11 does not trig the GExperts Open File
Hi!
I am using GExperts under Delphi 10.3 (RIO).
It's a fresh compiled installed DLL from r4346.
The keyboard shortcut CTRL+F11 does not work to open the file when used right after the IDE is launched and there is no file or project loaded.
If I open a VCL project for example with series of files opened, then when I press CTRL+F11, the GExperts Open File dialog will appear.
I don't remember which release I was using before but it was like 2-3 months ago and it was always working.
If I close the project to have nothing loaded, then again CTRL+F11 does not work.
If I made the effort to reach my mouse :-) and click on the menu item "GExperts" -> "Open File" then the dialog will appear.
From the GExperts Usage Statistics, I see that the "Open File" dialog is the second most used feature I use from GExperts with 8,558 times used.

Still under Delphi 10.3 (Rio), I tested with a fresh compiled from r4364 and it is now back working! Yeah!
I wanted to validate since which version it was working, but few revisions in a row simply did not compile successfully... until r4364!
If it is only for me, you may close that ticket since now the CTRL+F11 works fine from a launch with nothing opened.
