#363 Procedure List does not remember its size

The Procedure List window always opens in a very small unusable window:

In previous GExperts versions, the Procedure List did remember its size between sessions. So I consider this as a bug.

Please fix this bug and make the Procedure List remember its window size (and the size of its source view) between sessions. Thank you!
