#256 Find Next/Previous Identifier and non US letters don't work

In "Find Next/Previous Identifier" experts is error when the cursor is behind the text with nonAscii characters - i.e literals or comment with cyrillic or Latin 2 letters.
I was watching SVN source code Gexpert and may by wrong the GEx function LinePosToCharPos().
In Delphi 2007 is IDE editor UTF8 and this function calculates UTF8 special chars about 2 characters less.
Better is GEx function GxOtaGetCurrentLineData() -1?

By my opinion we have problem with the same basis. ticket 258

fixed in revision #5564 for Delphi 2005, 2006 and 2007.
