#109 Replace Components mapping editor dialog gets too wide

The dialog displayed when editing a mapping in the Replace Components mapping definition list gets wider each time it is opened. It starts at about the width of the parent dialog and on my dual 24" monitor setup gets to a maximum width of about 1.5 monitor width (but still centered on the parent dialog). Resizing it with the mouse works but the next time it is being opened, it is again much wider than before.
