If "Always use HTTPS" option is selected within Hotmail (Options ► Advanced privacy settings ► Go to HTTPS settings) GetLive appears to be unable to retrieve emails.
That seems plausible indeed.
I should have a look into it to see if this is manageable.

No, not blocking - I have reverted the setting for the account that was affected so it's now accessible again using GetLive (just thought it was worth reporting for if/when you are able to look into it).
The mobile site (links starting with /md/) doesn't seem to be accessible via HTTPS at all... Hotmail displays an error and suggests visiting the site via HTTP (which doesn't seem to work if you enabled the 'Always use HTTPS' option.
Crawling the non-mobile site is probably a pain (especially if you enable message grouping and such).
