I'd like to be able to view an image's location in another site when Google doesn't have the best resolution. Eg.
is frequently better for me. As in the forum suggestion above, probably easiest to keep it simple & make it view only, with all editing still carried out manually or in Google.
Maybe restrict to sites that allow searching by lat long would be simplest too.
Showing layers OpenStreetMap (Mapnik), Bing and Mapbox Satellite on OpenLayers, for the program to be more useful to OpenStreetMap's mappers.

If you need to have integration with nearmap.com you will have to do this yourself. I'm not sure that I like a site that charges money and won't even tell you how much they charge, before you have to register. An (optional) way to display in nearmaps is OK (as long as I can test it without charge)

My requirement is make the Geotag to be legally secure for use by OpenStreetMap's mappers. The first interested in use it am I.
