GeoServer already works with Locator, which happens to include the basic
packages for handling geometries, querying geographic data and inserting
metadata.
Actually, what Oracle Spatial does is something GeoServer is not (yet)
concerned with: geocoding, raster data, linear referencing, network
analysis.
