These might have already been fixed.

I made a large number (over a dozen) fixes to the postgis datastore, so
it should be in much better shape now that it was.

The RR (udig) people did a bunch of work with the SLD parser - so I
expect that its in much better shape as well.  I'm not sure if they've
got their own SLD parser or if they're using the same one as geoserver.

I'm releasing 1.3.0-beta2 on friday (I hope) - why dont you test it and
see if it fixes your problem.  If it doesnt, I can have a look at it
next week.
