I'm trying to build a coverage from a mosaic with 5 layers of orthophotos, and I'm getting the following error: 10 Mar 10:12:20 WARN [geoserver.we] - NewLayerPage does not have a title set 10 Mar 10:12:20 WARN [imagemosaic.ImageMosaicFormat] - 1 org.geotools.data.DataSourceException: 1 ... Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException at org.geoserver.catalog.CatalogBuilder.buildCoverage(CatalogBuilder.java:591) at org.geoserver.catalog.CatalogBuilder.buildCoverage(CatalogBuilder.java:567) at org.geoserver.web.data.layer.NewLayerPageProvider.getItems(NewLayerPageProvider.java:70) ... (87 more) I created the following tiles.properties file in the directory containing the tiles: Envelope2D=2105000.000000,30000.000000,2325000.000000,230000.000000 LevelsNum=5 Levels=0.5,1,2,4,8 Name=tiles ExpandToRGB=false AbsolutePath=false LocationAttribute=location and the other metadata files in the directory are: tiles.dbf tiles.prj tiles.properties tiles.shp tiles.shx I created the mosaic with gdal_retile.py with worldfiles turned on (although the file extension that gdal produces is *.wld, not *.jpw). To be certain it wasn't just a permissions problem, I chmodded the directory to 777. The files are all readable and Geoserver can write to its own data directory and the directory with the tiles if it needs to. I followed the tutorial as best I could at http://docs.geoserver.org/2.0.x/en/user/tutorials/image_mosaic_plugin/imagemosaic.html#tutorial-imagemosaic-extension am I missing something? -- Jeff |
