#8 PDF Preview in SplitView

Hello.

This Patch comes in sequence of Feature request: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2368143&group_id=204144&atid=988431

I know what means taking spme free time to work in this kind of projects so I decided to help a little.

I just created a patch that fully integrates with the 338 revision of the gedit latex plugin (currently latest svn release)
The patch:
- creates a split view of the editor window and in the right side shows the preview of the generated document.
- adds a dependency for "python-poppler", currently available in Ubuntu and also in debian repo's (http://packages.debian.org/unstable/main/python-poppler)
maybe in other distros as well.
- it also adds a new line in the tools.xml (but it's optional), I used it to generate pdf without opening evince for preview

I am attaching the patch in here, check it out and maybe you could add it right before the rc2 so it gets a better testing.

So I waiting for your feedback in here to see what do you think.
