In what sense does gbiff "interpret any ISO-8859
encodings" ?

When the mailbox file contains the following lines

Subject: =?iso-8859-1?B?dGVzdDEyINYuIMUgLuog9uT25SA=?=
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

gbiff diplays the subject
as "dGVzdDEyINYuIMUgLuog9uT25SA"
instead of
"test12 ײ. ֵ .ך צהצו".
Other clients, like pine 4.10, display the subject
correctly.

Version of gbiff: 2.4a
Built on Linux 2.2.5-15smp i686, no gnome

    I forgot to decode base64 encoded headers.
    The bug is now fixed and headers will be displayed properly
    in version 2.5 (which is coming soon).
