Garnet - a Graphical Toolkit for Lisp / News: Recent posts

I decided to try to use Garnet for a project I've had in mind for some time, so to get my feet wet I added scroll-wheel support to Garnet. Once that was done, I decided to try to add TrueType support and to bring the code more up to modern coding practices (though I haven't tried converting all the loops to use the LOOP macro---that's left as an exercise for the reader). Fred Gilham's latest updates have been added. CVS should now build and run without trouble on clisp 2.29 and cmucl 18e.

OK, the initial import of Fred Gilham's updated version of Garnet into cvs had been accomplished. This upload also includes a couple minor fixes.
