I'd > like to get this backported to 3.1.x and 3.0.x branches soon. -1 in both accounts, they are both maintenance branches and shouldn't have any major rearchitecture done in them. > Dwoo is modified/new BSD-licensed, which is the same as Ganglia. and this doesn't make a difference at all AFAIK with the fact that templatepower is GPL and some of the PHP code LGPL (for a discusion on that read old threads on this issue) specially considering that the frontend code is not "linked" with anything else.
