Well... we are planning on leaving that up to applications which want to do all the GnuPG handling. There are at least two available for GNOME. Once they bonobo-ize and we bonobo-ize gabber, they will be somewhat integrated. We don't plan on reinventing the wheel for GnuPG management... sorry.
The idea is that people who already use GnuPG for other things can do it very easily with Gabber. More advanced options may or may not come in the future, depending on how our fight against feature creep goes.

As a really old followup to this, there are possibly other
ways that crypto will be handled in clients, so it's
probably wise to wait on this anyway.
