Bugs item #1842576, was opened at 2007-12-02 09:00 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by jweatherley You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=893311&aid=1842576&group_id=180469 Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: Interface (example) Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: JamesW (jweatherley) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Trouble Quitting Initial Comment: Version 20070728 (3080) A couple of problems when quitting. Command-Q works fine. I get the Cancel/OK dialog and both buttons work. However, If I use the close window button then the main window closes before the Cancel/OK dialog is raised. Cancel now does nothing. On a multi-headed system the Cancel/OK dialog is raised on the display with Fuse if I use command-Q. If I use the close window button the Cancel/OK dialog is always raised on the primary display, regardless of where the Fuse window was. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: JamesW (jweatherley) Date: 2007-12-03 14:00 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1342409 Originator: YES I'll just add that the first problem, quitting via the close button causes Cancel to misbehave, happens on PPC and x86 for me. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Fredrick Meunier (fredm) Date: 2007-12-03 10:02 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=11017 Originator: NO Thanks, these problems don't occur for me, but may be a hint for the problems that are occurring on some PowerPC machines. I hope to get a chance to investigate more thoroughly soon. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=893311&aid=1842576&group_id=180469 |

Category: None Group: None >Status: Closed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Fredrick Meunier (fredm) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Key assignments don't work Initial Comment: Originally by jdaw1 on the Fuse project: Key assignments don't work. I'm playing that all-time great, Jet Set Willy II, and find shift-command-S awkward for Save Snapshot As... (as it makes Willy jump), so have used System Preferences...: Keyboard & Mouse: Keyboard Shortcuts to assign F4 to this menu item. But to no effect: F4 does nothing. Initially reported at https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=2668955 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Fredrick Meunier (fredm) Date: 2007-06-11 01:52 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=11017 Originator: YES Fixed in revision 376. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Fredrick Meunier (fredm) Date: 2007-04-17 21:45 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=11017 Originator: YES More from jdaw1: Mac OS X allows one to add a keyboard shortcut to a menu item (see Mac help page entitled “Creating keyboard shortcuts for applications”). I have successfully managed to make shortcuts appear on the “Go To Last Bookmark” (command-B was too far from command-Z for ease of use) and on “Go To Bookmark…” sub-items of “Emulator Recording”, but the new shortcuts don't work. Please could they? For testing purposes I add that, for my attempt at a JSW2 play-through I tried to set: -- F1 = Insert Bookmark -- F2 = Go To Last Bookmark -- F3 = Go To Bookmark… All appeared on the menu (so I’m doing my bit correctly); none worked. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Fredrick Meunier (fredm) Date: 2007-04-06 13:09 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=11017 Originator: YES This is more of a feature request than a bug IMO ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=893314&aid=1654564&group_id=180469 |

Category: None Group: None >Status: Closed Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Write problem to EX and Dock banks in SE after .TAP loaded Initial Comment: I have the Spectrum SE selected and auto-loading turned off. I double click the .TAP file and hit enter to load it. I enter 128 BASIC and type: usr 32768 to run the software. This should install a copy of the BASIC ROM in the DOCK bank and the MicroSource ROM in the EX bank. However, nothing gets written to those banks unless I reset the machine and repeat the process. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: SourceForge Robot (sf-robot) Date: 2007-03-24 19:20 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=1312539 Originator: NO This Tracker item was closed automatically by the system. It was previously set to a Pending status, and the original submitter did not respond within 14 days (the time period specified by the administrator of this Tracker). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Fredrick Meunier (fredm) Date: 2007-03-10 17:10 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=11017 Originator: NO This bug was down to incorrectly marking the SE RAM pages as writable too late in initialisation, leading to the extra memory not being writable until the machine was reset. I've fixed the bug in the main Fuse project, and it will be fixed in the next Fuse release. Thanks! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=893311&aid=1677914&group_id=180469 |
