Hi,

Duply backup is failed with error code 50 (Memory error). This problem has occured after I upgraded Duply and Duplicity package on my centos7. I am backing up almost 60 GB of files. If I take small sized files then the backup completed successfully. Can you please help me in this situatuion.

Yes, Duplicity can't use the disk space well, but deja-dup can. So strange.

that's a duplicity issue. try https://bugs.launchpad.net/duplicity for solutions or workarounds.
