This patch improves the XHTML with JavaScript export to support Dubin Core metadata annotation.
The metadata can be added as standard node attributes, and is exported accordingly.
The exported metadata is in standard format and can be used by any recent browser (eg firefox) or metadata engine (library software, semantic web grabber).
The export has be coded in an extensible way, in order to easily support additional metadata schemes.

To use this export simply create attributes on your node (root or other) with a name from the Dublin Core scheme (eg: DC.Subject, DC.Creator...).
You can as well use custom attributes names: 'author' or 'keywords', that will be interpreted as the corresponding metadata field.
