FreeMind 0.8.0's utf-8 support is limited, I think.
When open file, FreeMind simply loads file contents
into buffer without valid and proper encoding, if .mm
file version matches current freemind version.
All Chinese characters encoding as "&#x...;" is
meaningless for Chinese.
