#21 Windows Help File created from FreeMind's documentation map

Steve Auerweck <steven.auerweck at verizon.net> has
created a Windows help file out of FreeMind's
documentation map. If we find it preferable, we may put
it into distribution or obtain advice from Steve on how to
create such a help file out of our future documentation.

Comments to me are welcome. Attached file is a rough first
try. I have been refining with graphics, breaking big pages
into smaller ones to make index more effective, etc. I don't
know if it must be a question of "preferable"; some users
will be comfortable using a map to learn, while others may
seek familiarity of Windows Help. Also, FYI, compiled help
files are built from a collection of HTML pages, so they
could be ported into Web-based docs.
