enabled Ctrl-Enter as Save keystroke again

as of beta19 (and some earlier betas) Ctrl-Enter stopped working as Save action in SimplyHTML.
Now I have to press OK button using mouse or Alt-F4 and then confirm in order to save my changes in a node.
See the attached patch which re-enables Ctrl-Enter as a shortcut for the OK button.
the patch has been created against file versions which correspond to fm_0_9_0_beta20 branch
Dimitry,
as of Freemind 0.9.0 RC1: Alt-Enter is used for both long node editor open and save&close actions.
I'm ok with it but it would be really great to have Ctrl-Enter as an alternate keystroke for Save&Close editor action.
Previous Freemind 0.9.0 betas used Ctrl-Enter (so me and perhaps other users got used to it).
In addition, other software also uses the Ctrl-Enter keystroke as "edit is completed" shortcut, among them: Skype, Miranda, Microsoft Outlook.
Please see the attached patch (made against fm_0_9_0_rc1 tag) which merely register Ctrl-Enter for the same event as Alt-Enter ("submit").
I've already applied the patch locally but I would be happy to see it in future versions of Freemind as well :)
File Added: Ctrl_enter.patch
again enables Ctrl-Enter as an alternate shortcut (in addition to Ctrl-Enter) for the OK button in SimplyHTML
the patch which corresponds to my latest comment has name "Ctrl_enter.patch" and the description should be read:
"again enables Ctrl-Enter as an alternate shortcut (in addition to Alt-Enter) for the OK button in SimplyHTML"
We consider that this patch has been introduced in FreeMind 0.9.0.
Please complain and/or re-open the patch report if it should be
wrong. In all cases, we thank you for your contribution and hope
to hear more from you ;-)
Thanks, Your FreeMind team
