#858 Export to PDF with American page sizes

Currently (1.0) export to PDF asks for page size and offers a set of A and B standard sizes (such as, e.g., A4). It would be useful to have some other page sizes available, such as American Letter and Legal, or the Architectural 24" x 36".

I could add some other page sizes. American Letter and Legal are easy. What else should I add from the Java Media Size List? see http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/api/javax/print/attribute/standard/MediaSizeName.html
