#641 newly translated automated adding

If somebody will translate FreeMind into new language, than there would be nice also to have opportunity to add newly translated language also into FreeMind's preferences dialog. E.g. if added new string Option.xx and its value, then FreeMind would reindex available user interface languages and show that new language in preferences :)
