#631 node numbering option

FreeMind should have an option to *auto-number* nodes, and to display the numbers. This seems very useful when node ordering is important, for example when composing scenes for a book, or slides for a presentation. I need to know whether *this* node represents slide 72 or 92. I don't see any way to do this currently.

Options can be included for showing parent numbering on child nodes, for restarting or continuing numbering across same-level children of different parents, etc., etc. Would this be difficult to do?

I use the mind maps for test plans and would like to use node numbers as test case numbers that I can refer to in bug reports or link to requirements.

I envision these as hierarchical, though I could imagine some would want simple integer numbering.
