HTML export opens up exactly same dialog as save as...
    :-( No HTML choise there.

ANother problem is deb package dependency. I have java installed from sun minary and don't want to instal another instance. That makes me unable to use debian installation since it depends on java.

Nice software! I really like it and will use it. Thank you!

      Hi,

I can't help concerning the HTML export, especially as you didn't specify which version of freemind you are using and which "Export to HTML" exactly (in 0.8.0, there are three of them).

Concerning the deb package, you don't need to install a second instance, you can follow the steps under http://freemind.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/FreeMind_on_Linux#On_a_Debian_system to reinstall Java from Sun in the proper way.

More ugly is to use the switch '--force-depends' with dpkg, others have done it (but it's ugly and you bring your Debian system in an inconsistent state).

BTW, use the debian package from the official Debian repository, it's always the more recent (testing or unstable).

      Cheers, Eric
