I inserted a link (http://some.thing.tld), when I click on the link it does to open.
I use freemind 0.8 and 0.9.0_rc7 with Gnome 2.28 on Gentoo Linux.
It seems that xdg-open is called corretly. In the terminal xdg-open works. But called from freemind it does not work.
Do you have a hint for me to get this working?
