When using the Replace All functionality, only the first occurrence of the search string in each node is replaced.

I confirm the bug or issue in 0.9.0 RC6.

    Procedure:
    - I create a mind map with two nodes containing "hello hello" and "hello hello".
    - I invoke the replace all function in the menu: Edit > Find and Replace
    - I let "hello" be replaced with "bye"
    - The nodes now contain "bye hello" and "bye hello", instead of "bye bye" and "bye bye"

Fixed in 0.9.0 RC7, by my tests. --Dan
