#530 Missing tooltips in Manager Patterns dialog

Seen in 0.9.0 Beta 15

If you select Format > Physical Styles > Manage Patterns, the resulting dialog is missing tooltips for several fields. Hovering over these fields shows a dummy tooltip such as "nodecolor.tooltip"

- Node color
- Node background color
- Node style
- Node font
- Node font
- Bold font
- Italic font
- Node text

Also, in the "Node Font" group, the second entry is called "Node font" but maybe should be "Node font size" or something similar to indicate this is the size parameter.

The Format > Change Format option leads to the "Change format of nodes" dialog, which has essentially the same problem.

I think all format stuff belongs to you, and that this should be fixed before 0.9.0.
