Do you still have the issue with Beta16? Which Java version? What does the preview show you, one or more pages?

Please tell us things like:
1. FreeMind version
2. OS version
3. Java version
4. what are you doing when the bug appears?
5. start FreeMind from a console with freemind.bat/.sh and attach the output to this bug report.
6. does it appear with other Java/Swing programs like http://jedit.sf.net/?
7. did you check the "Asked Questions" (or Linux article) under http://freemind.sf.net/?
(it's a generic response, some might not fit to your case, but most do)

Thanks for your help. Sorry I can't answer your questions now. The laptop has been reconstituted with XP reinstalled. I don't have FreeMind installed at the moment, nor the time to address your queries, I regret. When I do reinstall FreeMind, I'll let you know what I can.
Cordially,
Bego
I can confirm that this is still an issue, though the feature does work under some circumstances
Details:
1) Start Application - open existing file - print-to-page DOES work
2) After opening application and loading existing file change font or font size print-to-page DOES NOT work
3) After opening application and loading existing file go to and alter printer setup dialog - print-to-page DOES NOT work
Basically, if the font/size is altered, or the Print Options - print to page dialog is accessed and "OK" is clicked, the fit-to-page scaling no longer occurs.
OS: XP Pro SP 2 (Dual Core P4 w/ 2GB RAM)
Java Version: 1.6.10 (build 1.6.0_10-b33)
FreeMind Version: 0.8.1
Thank you for this great app. This is my first time using a Mind Mapping application and I am very impressed.
