#1310 Removal of SecurityManager in Java 24 leads to FreeMind not starting

Class SecurityManager and the associated security framework was removed/permanently disabled in Java 24 on 18 Mar 2025. As a result, FreeMind does not start with this version of Java.

Impacted versions: among final released, FreeMind 0.9.0 through FreeMind 1.0.1.

Possible solutions: abandon the script restrictions. Alternatively, implement the script restrictions differently.

Keywords/phrases: FreeMind does not start.

Note: SecurityManager was deprecated but not disabled in Java 17. In that Java, FreeMind can be run if java is run with the switch described in the link below.
