#8 No Network Connections Exception

version 1.3.2401

With no network connections, starting up FreeMeter, I
get a nice dialog that says I connot find any
connections, or the such. Then I am left with an empty
window, wich is identified as FreeMeter. Upon closing
it I get the following exception(s):

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set
to an instance of an object.
