#2 Menu structure

I´d like to suggest a change on new top menu structure.
That would be :

Home (instead of 'Return to Main Menu' - there is no
menu anymore:))

Main
Billing
Callendar
Call-in
Reports
Administration (suppressed the word 'Menu')
Base Tables (instead of 'Support Data')

User
History
Messages
Check
Send
Preferences

Patient
Recent
New
Select
Configure
-----------
Call-In
Entry
Menu

Logout
-------------------------------------------------------
---------------

As a consequence, all buttons and links
displaying "Return to Main Menu" should then
display "Home".
