[Freedos-user] New maintainer for FastHelp

Hi!  This is just a quick announcement that Robert Platt has agreed to 
become the new maintainer for FreeDOS FastHelp.

Future versions of FastHelp will be merged (included in same .zip file) 
with Robert's Whatis and Apropos utilities, both "fast help" utilities. 
  I'll let Robert post a follow-up to this email to announce the web 
site, etc.
