#382 CHKDSK.EXE from FreeDOS doesn't print serial number of floppy disk if the floppy disk does have a label name

CHKDSK.EXE from FreeDOS doesn't print the serial number of the floppy disk if the floppy disk does have a label name.
The serial number is only printed (in the wrong order, see Bug #380) if no LABEL is given to the floppy disk.

I also asked Google AI and she gave me a solution that works, but I am no programmer, so it can be sure that it added other bugs and will have to give it to a programmer for test purposes.
